Hello everyone,

I live right by a freeway in Orange County, and the traffic noises are driving me insane! I tried planting some trees along the wall to try to deaden the noise, but it is not helping at all. People have suggested to me buy a water fountain, but it sounds so expensive. I would love to spend more time in my backyard, but it is so difficult when all you hear constantly is traffic. Does anybody know of a solution that wont cost me alot of money?
